About Allcare Family Health

At Allcare Family Health, we believe that medicine is about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about understanding the whole person.
Dr. Brummett’s path to becoming a physician was shaped by real-world experience, hard work, and a deep appreciation for people’s unique journeys. That same philosophy guides our care today. We are committed to:

You deserve clear communication, honest answers, and care you can trust.

Rooted care in a rooted community

We’re proud to serve Lebanon and the surrounding areas, and we aim to offer care that reflects the strength, humility, and kindness of this community.
At Allcare Family Health, we stand for care that’s thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.

Meet Dr. Brummett

Hi, I’m Dr. Brummett, and I’m proud to call Central Pennsylvania home. I grew up in York County, spent several years in Lancaster, and eventually made my way to Lebanon, where I now practice family medicine and have built a life that feels truly rooted.
My path to becoming a physician wasn’t a straight line, and I’m grateful for that. Before college, I apprenticed with a master farrier in Chester County and became a journeyman farrier—building a successful horseshoeing business that supported me through my time at Franklin & Marshall College, where I majored in Philosophy and minored in Astronomy. Those years shaped both my perspective and my work ethic.

Meet Dr. Brummett

I went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, graduating with the class of 2000. After a year of postgraduate training in pathology at Penn, I joined the family medicine residency program at Penn State in Lebanon, where I served as Chief Resident and completed my training in 2004.

Lebanon felt like home from the start. I accepted a local position after residency, working with a solo community physician before founding Allcare Family Health in 2006.

Outside of medicine, I love spending time with family and friends, gardening, exercising, and meditating. These personal practices keep me grounded and balanced—just as I strive to help my patients find balance in their health journeys.
